Transaction Coordinators provide assistance and support with the administrative tasks that accompany real estate transactions. Here are some of the  ways that transaction coordinators manage the transaction; welcome email and/or phone call introducing myself as an extension of your team, continuous communication with all parties, review contract, submit to your office for compliance, open escrow, track details & deadlines, send for e-signings.

Transaction coordinators can help save on average 10-15 hours per transaction for a real estate agent.

We will respect however you want us to communicate with your clients. We are open to communicate with your buyers and sellers and will take direction you provide to make the process smooth and appropriate for your business. 

Absolutely, if our agents don't get paid PNW Transactions, LLC will not process any invoice. We believe regardless of the situation, PNW Transactions, LLC only gets paid as our agents do. 

We do not share your information with anyone and they are very secure. We have strict guidelines and unless you grant us permission to share any information, it will be kept confidential.

We use a system called Paperless Pipeline. This system allows us to customize your task list, so please let us know if there is any task you want added. 

Transaction Coordinators are unable to negotiate contracts, provide verbiage for addenda (We can draft documents using the verbiage provided by the agent), and write contracts (some of our TCs can provide this service).

These are the other responsibilities that we ask from our agents:

• Provide all buyers contact information
• Provide pre-approval letter or proof of funds
• Provide any scheduled appointments
• Provide any important information in a timely manor
• Please include us in all communication
• Provide any referral, staging, cleaning fees etc. for the commission disbursement form
